StoneVegas Terms and Conditions
Version 1.22
Last updated: 15 August 2026
These Terms set out the rules that apply when you access StoneVegas, create an account, make payments, use casino games, place sports bets or take part in promotions and other platform features.
By continuing to use StoneVegas, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms together with the Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy, promotion conditions, individual game rules and any additional conditions that apply to a particular service.
1. Agreement to These Terms
The rules published for a specific promotion, bonus, game or service form part of these Terms. Where a promotion has its own conditions and those conditions conflict with the general rules on this page, the specific promotion rules take priority for that offer.
If you do not accept these conditions, you should not create an account or continue using StoneVegas.
References to “StoneVegas”, “we”, “our” or “us” mean the operator of the Website. References to “player”, “customer”, “you” or “your” mean the person using the Website.
The English version of these Terms is the controlling version. Translations may be provided for convenience.
2. Age and Location Requirements
You may use StoneVegas only if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the minimum legal gambling age applicable in your location.
You are responsible for checking whether online gambling is permitted where you live or are physically located. Access to the Website does not mean that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction.
Accounts and deposits are not available to residents or persons located in the following restricted jurisdictions:
Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, the Republic of Moldova, Myanmar, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Sweden, Ukraine including Crimea, the United Kingdom, the United States, Côte d’Ivoire, France and Portugal.
The list may be updated where legal, regulatory or operational requirements change. Individual game providers may also apply their own territorial restrictions.
3. Your StoneVegas Account
A personal account is required to use the full functionality of StoneVegas. Registration information must be accurate and belong to the person creating the account.
Only one account is permitted per person, household or address, telephone number, registered contact details and IP address. Additional accounts may be treated as duplicate accounts.
If a duplicate account is identified, StoneVegas may:
- close the additional account;
- cancel transactions made through it;
- remove promotions connected with it;
- void winnings generated through the duplicate account;
- reverse withdrawals where permitted under the Terms.
Your username, password and other login credentials must be kept private. Activity carried out after valid account credentials have been entered may be treated as activity authorised by the account holder.
Accounts cannot be sold, purchased, assigned, exchanged, pledged or transferred to another person. You must not access StoneVegas using another player’s credentials.
Registration information should be kept current whenever your personal details change.
4. Closing an Account and Self-Exclusion
You may ask the StoneVegas support team to close your account. Standard account closure normally requires the account to have no outstanding balance and no pending withdrawal request.
If gambling is becoming difficult to control, you may also request self-exclusion through the support options available on the Website.
During self-exclusion, you should not attempt to create another account. You should also inform StoneVegas of any other accounts that may belong to you.
5. Player Responsibilities
By creating and using an account, you confirm that:
- you are acting on your own behalf;
- the information supplied during registration is accurate and complete;
- you understand that gambling involves the possibility of financial loss;
- you are not using funds obtained from unlawful sources;
- you will not coordinate or collude with other players;
- the payment methods used on your account belong to you;
- you will not knowingly use StoneVegas while prohibited by applicable law;
- you will not use the platform while your judgement is materially impaired.
6. Identity and Account Verification
StoneVegas may request information or documentation needed to confirm your identity, age, residence, payment method ownership or source of funds.
Depending on the circumstances, verification may include:
- government-issued identification;
- proof of residential address;
- payment method ownership records;
- transaction or bank statements;
- face verification;
- additional security checks where reasonably required.
Requested documents should normally be supplied within 30 days. Payments or account access may be temporarily restricted while required checks remain incomplete.
Verification is normally reviewed after all requested information has been received, although complex cases may require additional time.
StoneVegas may use recognised identity verification, fraud-prevention or credit-reference providers where appropriate and in accordance with the Privacy Notice.
7. Deposits, Balances and Withdrawals
Payments may be processed directly by StoneVegas or through authorised payment providers. Available deposit and withdrawal methods can change depending on currency, location and provider availability.
Where possible, withdrawals may be returned through the same method used to fund the account. StoneVegas may use an alternative supported payment method where necessary.
A StoneVegas balance is not a bank account, does not earn interest and should not be treated as a savings or investment product.
Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may vary by payment method and account status.
Deposit Rollover
Deposited funds are generally subject to a minimum 1x rollover before withdrawal. StoneVegas may also require at least EUR 20 in qualifying wagering during the calendar month in which a withdrawal is requested.
If deposited funds have not been wagered at least once, winnings may be cancelled and payment-processing charges may apply. The original Terms provide for a 10% charge, subject to a minimum of EUR 0.50, or 15% where the account was funded by bank card or bank transfer.
Withdrawal Processing
A valid withdrawal request is reviewed subject to account verification, payment checks, wagering conditions and the other requirements in these Terms.
A player may have no more than three pending withdrawals at one time.
Withdrawal requests are generally reviewed by the financial department within three business days after the request, or within three business days following payment of the previous withdrawal, provided all required checks have been completed.
Additional verification of identity, source of funds, payment activity or account history may delay processing.

The figures above show the applicable daily / monthly limits. Limits for other supported currencies follow the corresponding StoneVegas account rules.
8. Refunds
Deposits are generally not refundable. A refund may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including a confirmed technical or payment-processing problem.
A deposit cannot normally be refunded after it, or a bonus associated with it, has already been used to place a wager.
A refund request should be submitted through StoneVegas support within 24 hours of the relevant transaction. StoneVegas aims to review qualifying requests within 10 business days.
Identity and payment ownership may need to be verified before a refund or transaction reversal can be completed. Bonuses and winnings may be removed before the refundable amount is calculated.
9. Inactive Accounts and Balance Corrections
An account may be classified as inactive after 180 consecutive days without login activity. While the account remains inactive, an administration charge of EUR 5 per month may be applied until the available balance reaches zero.
If funds are credited or deducted incorrectly because of a technical, payment or human error, StoneVegas may correct the affected balance.
Funds mistakenly credited to an account do not become the property of the player. If those funds have already been withdrawn, the incorrectly paid amount may remain due to StoneVegas.
Direct transfers between player accounts are not permitted.
Players remain responsible for any taxes or other legal obligations that apply to gambling winnings in their jurisdiction.
10. Bonus and Promotion Conditions
StoneVegas may provide bonuses, free spins, loyalty rewards or other promotions. Each promotion may include separate eligibility rules, minimum deposits, wagering requirements and expiry dates.
Unless a promotion states otherwise, a bonus is generally limited to one per person, household, shared address, telephone number, device and IP address.
Promotions are not available in excluded jurisdictions. Additional promotional restrictions apply to Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia.
Game Contribution to Wagering
| Game Category | Contribution |
|---|---|
| Eligible slots, scratch cards and Keno | 100% |
| Live casino games | 10% |
| Table and card games | 0% |
| Video poker | 10% |
| Plinko | 10% |
| Jackpot slots | Not available with bonus funds |
| Slingo | Not available with bonus funds |
| Bingo | Not available with bonus funds |
Some individual titles have different contribution rates or cannot be played while a bonus is active. Game eligibility can therefore differ from the general category shown above.
Standard Bonus Time Limits
Casino wagering requirements must normally be completed within 10 days after a bonus is received. Sports bonus wagering normally has a 30-day period.
Attempting to withdraw before the applicable wagering requirement is completed may result in the remaining bonus balance and winnings generated from it being removed.
Once the full requirement has been completed, eligible bonus funds are transferred to the real-money balance and become subject to the normal withdrawal rules.
Default Casino Bonus Rules
- No-deposit casino bonuses generally carry a 40x wagering requirement.
- The standard maximum withdrawal from a no-deposit bonus is 5x the original bonus amount.
- Winnings from no-deposit free spins are capped at EUR 80 and carry a 40x wagering requirement unless the individual promotion states otherwise.
- Deposit casino bonuses generally require 35x wagering on the qualifying deposit and bonus amount.
- The standard maximum withdrawal from a deposit bonus is 10x the bonus amount unless different conditions are published for the promotion.
11. Promotion Abuse
Bonuses are intended for ordinary recreational play. Strategies designed mainly to reduce wagering risk or obtain a guaranteed advantage may be treated as bonus abuse.
Prohibited activity may include:
- low-risk or minimum-risk wagering patterns;
- hedging or opposing bets intended to reduce normal gambling risk;
- switching between high-risk and low-risk play primarily to clear wagering;
- delaying game rounds or bonus features until after wagering has been completed;
- taking advantage of software errors or unintended game behaviour;
- coordinating activity across accounts;
- other patterns reasonably identified as manipulation of a promotion.
Until wagering has been completed, individual bets above the applicable maximum bonus stake may also be treated as a breach of the promotion rules.
Where promotion abuse, manipulation or fraud is established, StoneVegas may cancel the relevant promotion, remove associated winnings and restrict future participation.
12. Casino Bets and Game Results
Before confirming a wager, you are responsible for checking the stake, game and other details shown on screen.
Once confirmed, a wager generally cannot be cancelled by the player.
Casino games may use certified random number generation or other game-provider systems. If the result displayed on a player’s device differs from the result recorded by the relevant game server, the server record will be used for settlement.
StoneVegas records may be used to establish the details and outcome of account activity where a dispute arises.
13. Fraud, Misuse and Prohibited Activity
StoneVegas is intended for personal recreational use. The following activities are not permitted:
- using an account for commercial purposes or on behalf of another person;
- using payment methods or funds that do not belong to the account holder;
- fraud, chargeback abuse or deliberately misleading activity;
- cheating or exploiting bugs, errors or technical weaknesses;
- using software or hardware to automate or manipulate betting results;
- collusion with other players or third parties;
- money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful financial activity;
- attacking, disrupting or attempting unauthorised access to the Website or its infrastructure;
- reverse engineering or unauthorised copying of software;
- buying, selling or transferring player accounts;
- abusive or threatening behaviour towards other users or staff.
Where suspicious activity is identified, StoneVegas may temporarily restrict the account and payments while the matter is reviewed.
Confirmed breaches may result in account closure, cancellation of bonuses or winnings, reversal of transactions where permitted and reporting to relevant authorities or payment providers.
14. Limits of Responsibility
Use of StoneVegas and participation in gambling are voluntary. Players are responsible for their own gambling decisions and for ensuring that use of the Website is lawful in their location.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, StoneVegas and its service providers are not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside their reasonable control, including:
- incorrect information entered by the player;
- unauthorised use of login credentials;
- network, device or internet connection failures;
- malware or third-party software problems;
- delays caused by banks or payment processors;
- communications that fail to reach the user;
- government action or force majeure;
- temporary Website unavailability;
- technical errors that are corrected under these Terms;
- use of gambling services where such activity is prohibited.
15. Changes to the Terms
StoneVegas may update these Terms when operational, legal, regulatory or product requirements change.
The revised version becomes effective from the date shown on the published Terms. Players should review the current version periodically.
If you continue using StoneVegas after an updated version takes effect, that continued use is treated as acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the Website.
16. Complaints and Disputes
Questions and complaints can be submitted through the customer support options available on StoneVegas.
A complaint may be escalated for additional review where it concerns a gambling transaction and cannot be resolved during the initial support process.
To allow the account holder and the relevant transaction to be identified, a detailed complaint should include:
- the StoneVegas username;
- the full name registered on the account;
- a clear description of the issue;
- the relevant dates and times;
- any other information reasonably required to investigate the case.
StoneVegas aims to provide the outcome of a formal complaint within 10 days after receiving the information required to review it. Complex investigations may take longer.
If the internal process does not resolve the matter, external dispute-resolution options may be available where applicable.
17. Applicable Law
Any legal claim or dispute arising from these Terms or use of StoneVegas will be handled according to the law applicable to the relevant relationship and circumstances.
18. Game and Provider Availability
Individual game providers may restrict specific titles in particular countries. As a result, a game that appears in one region may not be available in another.
Provider restrictions may change without affecting the availability of unrelated StoneVegas services. Players should only attempt to use games that are available to them through their account and location.
19. Sportsbook Rules
The StoneVegas sportsbook uses its own settlement rules in addition to these general Terms. Unless a specific market states otherwise, the minimum sportsbook stake is EUR 1 or its applicable currency equivalent.
Maximum stakes depend on the sport, market, account and applicable jurisdiction and are shown before a bet is confirmed.
Types of Sports Bets
- Single: one selection or outcome.
- Multiple: two or more selections where all included outcomes normally need to be successful.
- System: several combinations created from three or more selections.
A confirmed sportsbook bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled by the player, except where an available Cash Out feature is successfully used.
Bets may be void where they were accepted after an outcome became known, after a participant obtained a material advantage, where there were insufficient account funds, or where fraud or event-integrity concerns exist.
Sports bets are settled using decimal odds regardless of the odds-display format selected in the account.
Cancelled and Postponed Events
Where an event is cancelled, affected bets are normally void and the relevant stakes are returned.
If an event is postponed for more than 12 hours, bets are normally void unless the sport-specific rules provide otherwise. Tennis may be treated differently, with bets remaining valid until the match is eventually completed.
A change of opponents, event duration or venue may also cause bets to be void depending on the applicable market rules.
Official Results
Settlement is normally based on the official result published by the relevant competition or governing body. Independent information may be used where official information is unavailable or demonstrably incorrect.
Live scores, timers and other in-play information shown on the Website are provided for reference and may be delayed or inaccurate.
Cash Out
Cash Out may be offered on selected single and multiple bets. Where available, it allows all or part of a bet to be settled before the underlying event has finished.
A Cash Out request is not guaranteed. Availability can change because of market suspension, price movement, technical issues or loss of third-party event coverage.
Cash Out is not available for bets placed using certain free-bet or risk-free-bet promotions.
Bet Builder
Bet Builder allows multiple outcomes from the same event to be combined into one bet where the feature is available.
The available selections, combined price and treatment of void selections are shown before confirmation. StoneVegas or its sportsbook provider may correct or void a Bet Builder wager where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
20. Sport-Specific Settlement Rules

22. Challenges and Gamification
StoneVegas gamification includes Coins, Weekly Challenges and One-Time Challenges. Registered players may participate in available features subject to these Terms and the individual challenge conditions.
Weekly Challenges
Weekly Challenges may be divided into Casino and Sports sections. Players can complete one or both categories.
A challenge is completed when all of its stated requirements have been satisfied.
Sports challenge rewards may be calculated using qualifying settled stakes, while Casino challenges can award a fixed number of Coins based on their requirements and difficulty.
Additional Coins may be awarded for completing a specified portion of the weekly challenge list.
One-Time Challenges
One-Time Challenges can be completed independently and do not have to be followed in a fixed order. Once the relevant requirements are met, the stated Coin reward is added to the player’s balance.
23. Responsible Use
StoneVegas is intended for adults and gambling should be treated as entertainment rather than a source of income. Only use money you can afford to lose and keep reasonable control of both spending and playing time.
If gambling is no longer enjoyable or becomes difficult to manage, stop playing and use the responsible gambling or self-exclusion options available through StoneVegas.
